Through a secure online link, employees have 24/7 access to benefits forms, links, descriptions and other important information. During open enrollment, elections can be completed remotely, and in conjunction with online meetings.

Gilsbar Care Advocates can help employees and family members of Conestoga clients navigate the healthcare system while protecting their privacy as required under HIPAA Privacy Laws. Gilsbar is an excellent resource to help resolve a claim issue, search for a provider, better understand a diagnosis/treatment, or receive assistance with care for an aging parent.

IBC Personal Choice Transparency In Coverage MRF takes you to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
